DUNLAP, Tenn. – Each year a Dunlap Industries employee is recognized by their peers as the individual who has most consistently and extraordinarily demonstrated the willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer’s needs. This year, Shonda Johnson, Sales Support Supervisor, and Mike Kelly, Network Administrator (not pictured), are the co-recipients of the Above & Beyond award.  The two sacrificed over the weekend and through the evenings as they lead efforts to identify a Ransomware breach, remove the threat and retrieve or recreate and restore all the data that was lost. Robert Kwasnik, Dunlap Industries’ President said, “Their efforts not only allowed us to regain all of our data and restore our system without having to pay the ransom, but we were also able to continue to give our customers the level of attention and service they deserve and we are committed to providing every day”.
