Mattress Thread Buying Guide
|
U.S. Thread, a division of Dunlap Industries Inc., offers Twaron™ thread that meets 16 CFR Part 1633. The thread is comprised of aramid fibers which increases the effectiveness of fire resistance due to its strength at high temperatures. This strength allows the seams and tape edges to stay sealed in order to keep out flames that could possibly break the FR barrier causing the materials inside to ignite.
